It seems that one’s academic excellence does not help make him a successful university president: fund-raising and management skills are more important qualities for the leader of a university.
例5：
One of my friends is a manager of famous computer company and earns $10,000 a month, almost ten times that of my salary, Last week, he called to borrow some money from me because he couldn’t manage to pay his apartment rent of this month. At first, I couldn’t believe him, but then I got to know that he just spends every penny he earns every month. I proudly lent him the money and reminded him of the importance of saving money.
